YL Camera Service first started in 1999 in Pudu Plaza with a shop under the escalator. As a photographer myself, I found out that there were a lot of hobbyist, serious amateurs or even professional photographers' lacking a place to buy and sell 2nd hand lenses.
I started this business as a passion for photography and since then created a market for trading and servicing of camera bodies to lenses.
Since then as the digital camera market advanced, making entry level to DSLR a lot more affordable. As the market grows, YL Camera Service needed a larger retail & service area to cater for the growing demands of photographers.
